DEACON TEAM

Our Deacon Team assists the pastoral staff in providing prayer and compassion to those in spiritual, physical, emotional and financial need. They prepare and serve communion to the congregation and assist the pastoral staff in membership and baptism.

The Compassion Fund is designated to help with financial needs of people within and outside of the church. The Deacon Team is responsible for managing and seeking God’s guidance in confidentially disbursing funds. If you or someone you know within the congregation is in need of assistance, please let us know by contacting the pastoral staff or the deacons directly at via our website at crossofglory.church/care or by calling the church office.

Missions team

The Missions Team organizes, encourages, and educates the church about cross-cultural ministries locally and globally. They oversee the selection of and financial support to special interest missionaries and missions projects.

Finance team

The Finance Team manages the church’s finances, and develops and maintains accounting policies and procedures.  They report financial information to the staff, congregation and elected teams on a regular basis.
