Cross of Glory has long been known as “the lighthouse on the corner”, a place where the love and hope of Jesus shine out into the world. A place we come together to know and follow Him – as a church, at home, and beyond.

Now, we invite our church family and friends to Light the Future — to ensure that our facility and ministry can continue to shine brightly in the years to come!

Where do we start?

Meet “Switchy,” our switchgear mascot. He has a thrilling story to tell about…switchgear!

What is switchgear, and why are we talking about it in church?

Great question. Think of switchgear as the custom-built backstage crew of our building’s electrical system — the unsung heroes powering our lights, sound system, A/C, and more. Ours was installed in the 1970s, and while we’re nostalgic for bell bottoms and cassette tapes, our switchgear has officially aged out of its calling. Even our insurance company agrees — it has to go!

This is more than a maintenance issue; it’s a moment to come together and invest in the future of our church. Upgrading our switchgear means we can continue to worship, serve, and gather in a safe, functioning space for decades to come.
